Challenge
A protected heritage façade with deep arches, carved brackets and a clock face — every one of them a shadow trap, and none of them able to take a fixing that shows in daylight.
Solution
RGB flood and wall-washer fixtures were set back into the plinth and cornice lines so the hardware disappears by day, with DMX512 control grouping the tower, arch and wings as separate scenes.
Result
The tower now runs a full colour programme for civic occasions and holds a single wash the rest of the year, with no visible fixtures from the road.
