Challenge
Cable stays are thin, highly reflective and sit over open water — the fixtures had to survive the exposure and still light every cable evenly from the deck.
Solution
IP66 linear RGB fixtures were run along the deck edge and aimed up the stay lines, with the pylon lit separately so the fan of cables reads as one form.
Result
The full span mirrors in the water below, and the bridge has become the landmark the district is photographed by.
